Basic labor to repair dry rot with favorable site conditions. Cut out, remove and dispose of damaged material. Clean and repair structural framing as necessary. Rough patch exterior and interior surfaces if needed. Install wood decking with favorable site conditions. Layout and install 6 in wide decking on existing deck support framing. Fabricate decking and secure with corrosion resistant, flush mount decking screws. Refinish deck with favorable site conditions. Remove loose or peeling finish with light scraping – up to 2 hrs per 1000 square ft. Apply new stain/coating – 2 coats. Includes planning, equipment and material acquisition, area preparation and protection, setup and cleanup.
